The Acer Switch 7 Black Edition is a fanless Windows tablet with a 13.5 inch, 2256 x 1504 pixel display, a built-in kickstand, a detachable keyboard, an Intel Core i7-8550U quad-core processor, and NVIDIA GeForce MX150 graphics.

Acer introduced the 2-in-1 tablet last year, and now the company is officially launching the Switch 7 Black Edition at CES.

It’s now available for $1699 and up.

Most fanless Windows tablets use low-power processors like an Intel Core Y series chip or an Intel Apollo Lake (or Gemini Lake) Celeron or Pentium processor. This model has a 15 watt, 8th-gen Intel Core i7-8550U quad-core chip thanks to Acer’s LiquidLoop fanless cooling system.

It also has an “AustoStand” system that lets you deploy the kickstand with one hand by tapping the base of the tablet against a tabletop or desk. The tablet has a Wacom digitizer and comes with a battery-free stylus that support 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity. There’s a slot in the tablet where you can store the pen when it’s not in use.

The backlit keyboard has a fingerprint sensor built in and connects to the base of the tablet via strong magnets.
