The Aspire One Happy is a new 10 inch netbook from Acer with a silly name, bright pastel colors, and possibly an HD video decoder. It’s not available for purchase in the US yet, but several European retailers have posted product pages for the laptop.

None seem to make any mention of the HD video decoder, but the rest of the specs are pretty standard fare. The netbook has a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N50 CPU, 1GB of memory, a 160GB or 250GB hard drive, and Windows 7 Starter Edition.

Prices seem to vary a bit from store to store, but for the most part it’s listed at under 330 Euros, or about $440 US. It’ll probably be cheaper if and when it shows up in the US.
