At $400, the Asus Eee Pad Transformer is the cheapest tablet on the market with Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb. But the $400 model also has just 16GB of storage space. Now it looks like Asus is starting to bring a 32GB model to market. A number of online retailers are showing listings for the tablet, and a few even seem to have it in stock.
B&H is taking pre-orders for $499. So is Expansys, who says the tablet should be in stock on June 17th. Best Buy has a $499.99 listing for the tablet, but says it’s sold out.
Buy.com says it already has the tablet in stock, but the online store is charging $599 for the 32GB Eee Pad Transformer.
TigerDirect also has the Transformer in stock and the company is offering same-day shipping. The only catch is that TigerDirect is offering the tablet as a bundle with an HDMI cable and cleaning cloth for $540.
