  1. Also, the Pro1-X looks amazing and is just the type of phone I want! Nice to see they have reached shipping status!

  2. Maybe I’m missing something, but what is the point of streaming Fortnite? It’s already free and available for all platforms, right? Most modern phones should be able to play it, and so can other portables like the Nintendo Switch. So why play it with input lag, lower image quality and larger data use due to streaming instead of just playing the native version?

    1. The thing is, it isn’t available on all platforms. Due to the ongoing issue with apple over payment systems, you can’t get the game from the Apple app store.

So this is basically Microsoft trying to take advantage of the situation and convert some iPhone users to Microsoft services.

At least as far as I can tell, anyway.

  3. I like the Ryzen 3 5125C. I would think that more than 2cores/4threads would be a waste on a Chromebook. I would be curious to see the die size differences between the 2core and 4core. If it is less than 10%, the 4core would be the sweet spot.

    1. The 15W number is maximum. I would be interested to see the typical power profiles… I would expect them to be significantly lower than Intel’s equivalent performance SOCs.
