Beelink’s latest computer is a small-form-factor PC powered by an Intel Pentium N5000 quad-core Gemini Lake processor and featuring 8GB of DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD.

While there are certainly computers with better specs, the processor, memory, and storage are a cut above what we often see from entry-level mini PCs.

The price tag is also a a little higher: Geekbuying is taking pre-orders for the mini PC for $300.

There’s also a $200 model, but it has a Celeron N4100 dual-core processor, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of eMMC storage.

Both versions ship with Windows 10 and feature dual HDMI 2.0 ports, a headset jack, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a a microSD card slot, USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, and two USB 2.0 ports.

The computer also has a built-in mic that you can use to talk to Cortana or make VoIP calls.

Since the system has an M.2 slot and a 2.5 inch drive bay, there are multiple options for increasing the amount of built-in storage.

The computer measures about 6.3″ x 5.3″ x 1.3″ and weighs about 12 ounces.

  1. These Beelink mini PCs would be better if they supported Linux. But they don’t.

    1. Why is the Gbox better? The “Beelink S2” has 2 HDMI (Gbox has 1 and a VGA and i don’t no why i would want VGA anymore). The “Beelink S2” even comes in a version with 8GB Ram and 128 GB SSD. Why is the Gbox better?

  3. This is a really compelling tiny PC. I wish I had not already made a purchase. The only thing I don’t like about this PC is the built in mic. Something I am sure I could correct. 😉

  4. The 199.99 version is good enough for my daily work, such PC won’t run games or so. I’m also interested in the Chuwi Gbox, better brand and much more stylish. Same specs all around, anyone give my some suggestions?

      This is 8gb ram, ?replaceable?, and an “ssd”

  5. Why do mini PCs always come with those week-ass mobile processors (N-series)? J-series Gemini Lake CPUs (J4005, J4105, J5005) are meant for this type of PC.

  6. Um, I’m actually really interested in this. The passmark is only 2k or so, so it’s at least a capable HTPC.

    But with that extra 2.5 option, I’m wondering if this is a Blue Iris solution. I’m always trying to figure out the smallest and lowest watt Blue Irish pc that can handle ~6 cams. This will go neck and neck with the Qotom boxes that are barebones and “U” processors.

    1. Why do not build a custom with desktop display? Mini-ITX + Core i3 / AMD APU + PicoPSU. You could fit all in 20x30x5cm box.

  8. Do we know if this little box is fanless? It would be just about perfect if it is.
