The Samsung Chromebook 3 may not be the most impressive Chrome OS laptop ever released, but today it’s certainly one of the cheapest models available with halfway decent specs.

Best Buy is advertising a Samsung Chromebook 3 with a Celeron N3060 dual-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display as a Black Friday special… but you don’t have to wait until November 24th to snag that price. The laptop is already on sale for $99.

Here are some of the day’s best deals.

    1. How many of these cheap Chromebooks are fanless, nowadays? My daily driver is a ASUS C200, which I bought used (for $60). Although it’s a bit laggy at times and I wish it had more RAM, it’s the best 60 bucks I ever spent. What I really love is that it doesn’t have a fan and runs cool, silent, and seemingly forever.

      1. Fanless CBs are fairly new (late 2015 and later). My Dell CB13 has a fan, but it’s very quiet and almost never runs (unless I’m streaming HD video with about 4 or more tabs open).
If you go fanless, you’re going to sacrifice some power for the lower wattage CPUs.

The Asus CBs are pretty solid entries as well.
