Huawei’s latest fitness tracker looks like a watch. And by that, I mean the Huawei Fit specifically looks like a Pebble Time Round.

But the Huawei Fit is first and foremost an activity tracker. It’s designed to track steps, monitor your heart rate, and gauge your sleep quality. The device can also track runs and it has a water resistance rating of IP68, which means you can take it swimming… but swim tracking won’t be supported by the software until sometime next year.

The Huawei Fit should be available for purchase from Amazon, Best Buy, and Newegg today for $130.

The device features a 1.04 inch, 208 x 208 pixel black and white memory LCD touchscreen display. It looks a bit like the E Ink screen used on Pebble watches, but it’s not. The screen should be a it easier to read outdoors than most color LCD or OLED displays though, thanks to higher reflectivity.

The watch supports 18mm or 20mm TPU straps and has an 80 mAh battery that Huawei says should last for up to 6 days of usage if you only check your heart rate periodically. There’s also support for continuous heart rate monitoring, but that’ll run down the battery more quickly.

Other features include a 6-axis motion sensor, a capacitive sensor to detect when the device is being worn, an ambient light sensor, a four-pin magnetic charging port, a micro USB 2.0 port, and support for pairing with a phone via Bluetooth 4.2.

Oh, one more thing to note: the Huawei Fit isn’t exactly a brand new device. GizmoChina reports that it’s basically the same device as the Honor S1 smartband Huawei already launched in China last month.
