A lot of people were sort of baffled when Amazon first launched the Echo: a device that looks like a large Bluetooth speaker, but which ties into Amazon’s Alexa voice service to answer questions, play music on demand, update your shopping list, and more. But a lot of people seem to like the product, if not its $180 price tag.
So Amazon recently expanded the Alexa-oriented product lineup with cheaper, slightly less capable models. And now the company is offering some of its devices for 15 percent off, bringing the price of the Amazon Echo down to $154 and the Amazon Tap to $111 for a limited time.
