The Asus ZenBook Flip UX360CA is a 2.9 pound notebook with a 13.3 inch touchscreen display, an Intel Core M Skylake processor, and support for use in notebook or tablet modes, thanks to a 360-degree hinge.
The folks at Engadget Chinese got a chance to check out the upcoming computer, as well as “special edition” ZenWatch 2 smartwatch with Swarovski crystals.
Engadget reports that the demo unit they saw features a Core M3-6Y30 4GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a full HD display, and an expected price of NT $31,900, which is about $985 US, although it’s possible that the notebook will be cheaper if and when it goes on sale in the United States.
Asus is also expected to offer models with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 512GB of storage, up to a Core M7 processor, and an optional 3200 x 1800 pixel IPS display.
The convertible notebook also features one USB Type-C port, two USB 3.0 ports, micro HDMI, headset, and SD card supports, 802.11ac WiFi, and Bluetooth 4.1.
