ECS is expanding its Liva line of small form-factor desktop computers with the most powerful model to date. The new ECS Liva One is a computer with an Intel Skylake processor, support for Windows or Ubuntu, and plenty of connectivity options.
The computer features 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, four USB 3.0 ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C port, Gigabit Ethernet, a microSD card slot, HDMI, DisplayPort, and VGA ports, and a headset jack.
ECS says the system comes with a Core i3-6100T Skylake processor, 4GB of RAM, and an 80GB M.2 solid state drive, but that those specs are flexible. There’s also support for a 2.5 inch hard drive or SSD.
No price or release date has been announced yet, but given the spec sheet, I expect this not only to be the most powerful Liva to date… but also the most expensive.
