Lenovo’s Yoga line of laptops pretty much created the mold for a modern convertible notebook. The company introduced its first Yoga in 2012, offering a touchscreen notebook with a 360 degree hinge at a time when most convertibles were chunky laptops which transformed into tablets when you twisted the screen horizontally instead of vertically.

Over the past few years, Lenovo has updated the Yoga family with a number of models including some with better displays and others with lower price tags.

Now Lenovo is launching a new line of high-end models, sporting Intel Core i7 Skylake processors and at least 8GB of RAM and 256GB of solid state storage. The new Lenovo Yoga 900 is a premium convertible, with prices starting at $1200.

    1. I’d double check, but my source for that part no longer seems to be online. All I can see are Core i7 models right now, so I’ll update the post to reflect that.

      Thanks!
