LG has unveiled a new 5 inch smartphone with mid-range specs, but at least one premium feature: the phone’s design includes a metal back and sides and a curved glass screen on the front.
The LG Class should be available in South Korea soon for about $340. There’s no word on whether we’ll see this phone in other markets anytime soon.
The phone features a 1280 x 720 pixel display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage.
It supports up to 2TB of external storage, thanks to a microSDXC card slot, and features 13MP rear and 8MP front cameras, a 2,050 mAh battery, 802.11b/g/n WiFI, Bluetooth 4.1, and NFC. The smartphone should work with South Korean 4G LTE networks.
The LG Class ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop software and the phone’s available in gold, silver, and “blue black” colors.
The phone measures 5.6″ x 2.8″ x 0.29″ and weighs 5.2 ounces.
