The Asus Transformer Book Flip line of computers are notebooks with touchscreen displays that can bend 360 degrees so that you can hold them like tablets. Asus offers models with 13.3 inch and 15.6 inch displays.
Now Asus is launching the smallest Transformer Book Flip to date.
The Asus Transformer Book Flip TP200SA features an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel IPS display and an Intel Celeron N3050 Braswell processor. It should be available soon for $349.
Asus first showed off the TP200SA at Computex in June, but the company wasn’t ready to talk pricing or availability at the time.
The convertible notebook features 4GB of RAM, 64GB of eMMC storage, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, and a decent array of ports, including a micro HDMI port, headset jack, microSD card reader, full-sized USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports, and a USB 3.1 Type-C port.
The Transformer Book Flip TP200SA measures 11.7″ x 7.9″ x 0.7″ and weighs about 2.7 pounds.
If you’re looking for something a bit thinner and lighter, Asus is also launching the $299 Transformer Book T100HA in the US soon. That model is a 10 inch Windows tablet with an Intel Atom Cherry Trail processor and a detachable keyboard dock. The tablet itself weighs about 1.3 pounds.
