E Fun’s keyboard docks feature a full-sized USB port and a magnetic Pogo connector.

The 10 inch tablet has a 1280 x 800 pixel IPS display and a suggested retail price of $229. The 11.6 inch model has a 1366 x 768 pixel screen and a $249 price tag. E Fun’s 12.5 inch model has a 1366 x 768 pixel TN display and a $279 starting price.

The company is also launching a new line of Android 5.0 tablets in May.

  1. This product is, yet again, another example of a Johnny-come-lately trying to introduce an inferior product at ‘new device’ pricing, while other older products (with equal or superior specs) are being price cut to the same price level.

The Asus T100 is around $250 these days, and refurbs are $209.

I’m not saying this device is overpriced, its just an unusual market. Products spend very little time in the spotlight, and then they spend another year being discounted.

Of course it isn’t a fair comparison. But there it is.

  2. The larger sizes would be a lot more attractive if they too had IPS.

    1. Agreed. Come on, a TN screen? The screen is the most important part of a tablet!

  3. At least this one comes with 2GB memory not like the $179 one from a few months ago. 2GB is already abysmal with Windows 8.1 and practically unusable, all you’ll notice are cards quitting.
