Archos is bringing a new line of smartphones and tablets to the Consumer Electronics Show, including the Archos 50 Diamond smartphone will will sell for under $200 and the Archos 80b Helium tablet which will run $150 or less.
Both devices feature support for 4G wireless networks.
The Archos 50 Diamond smartphone has a 5 inch, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display, an 8-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. It also has a 16MP camera.
Archos says it’s the best 4G smartphone available for under $200, and while that’s probably open for debate, the specs do look pretty good for a phone in this price range.
The company hasn’t shared as man details about its new tablets yet, but the Archos 80b Helium 4G features a 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and an 8 inch screen.
Archos also plans to update its existing line of Helium phones and tablets with new models featuring 4.5 inch, 5 inch, and 10 inch screens.
