The HP Envy x2 13t is a Windows tablet with a 13 inch display, stereo front-facing speakers with Beats Audio, and an Intel Core M Broadwell processor. The tablet also comes with a keyboard dock that lets you use the computer like a Windows laptop.
HP is now offering its 13 inch 2-in-1 tablet for $800 and up.
Intel’s Core M processors are the first chips to feature 5th-gen Intel Core “Broadwell” technology, and they’re low-power chips aimed at premium tablets and notebooks with long battery life and fanless designs.
HP’s new Envy x2 features a few premium touches like a backlit keyboard, 802.11ac WiFi, and an optional full HD display (the entry-level model has a 1366 x 768 pixel display.
You can configure the system with up to 8GB of RAM, up to 512GB of flash storage, and an Intel Core M-5Y10 or Core M-FY70 processor. Each model ships with Windows 8.1 64-bit software, a 33Wh battery, and Intel HD graphics.
