The first 300 people to buy the controller on September 25th will be able to pick it up for just 1 Chinese Yuan (or about 16 cents in US currency).
I suspect the full retail price will be a bit higher.
The device looks a lot like a Playstation or Xbox controller and features a D-pad, two analog sticks, Y,X,A, and B buttons, and shoulder buttons, along with a few Android-specific keys or back, menu, and home functions.
You should be able to use the controller with Xiaomi’s smartphones, tablets, or TV box… although I suspect it’d probably work with non-Xiaomi devices as well.
