Samsung is updating its Galaxy Zoom line of smartphones with a new model designed to let you snap better-than-average photos with your phone. The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom features a 20.7MP camera and a 10x optical zoom lens.

The rest of the phone’s specs are decidedly mid-range, but the phone’s a bit more powerful than last year’s Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom.

The Samsung Galaxy K Zoom features a 4.8 inch, 1280 x 720 pixel display, a Samsung Exynos 5260 hexa-core processor, 8GB of storage, a microSD card slot, and a 2430mAh, 9.23 Whr battery.

It runs Android 4.4 KitKat software, and the phone measures about 0.65 inches thick and weighs 7.1 ounces. While it’s not the thinnest or lightest smartphone on the market, it’s pretty compact for a point-and-shoot camera with an optical zoom lens, image stabilization, and wireless connectivity.

Samsung’s new phone supports WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, and 4G LTE. It also has a 2MP front-facing camera.

Last year’s model, by comparison, had a 4.3 inch, 960 x 540 pixel display, a Samsung Exynos 4212 dual-core CPU, and a 16.3MP camera.
