Hisense is launching a new line of smart TVs and a set-top-box powered by the platform-formerly-known-as-Google-TV. The new Hisense H6 Smart TV lineup and the HiSense Pulse PRO box both run software based on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.

Whether you go with one of the company’s big-screen TVs (with displays ranging from 40 inches to 55 inches) or the Pulse PRO set-top-box, you get a platform powered by a Marvell ARMADA 1500 Plus processor and 1GB of RAM. The Pulse PRO has 4GB of built-in storage, while the TVs have 8GB.
The software includes access to the Google Play Store for finding and downloading apps, the Chrome browser for surfing the web, and Google Voice Search for talking to
yourself your TV.
Each model comes with an H6 remote control featuring air mouse capabilities, a built-in mic, and 30 keys.
The Pulse PRO box features HDMI input and output, infrared ports, WiFi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB and DLNA and is designed to basically turn any TV into a smart TV.
