LG is showing off an upcoming ultrabook with a 13 inch, 2560 x 1440 pixel display. It’s called the LG Z935, and Engadget reports it’s scheduled to hit South Korea in November for around $1000.
The laptop features an IPS display with wide viewing angles, USB, and HDMI ports, and a thin and light case. It measures 12.4″ x 8.6″ x 0.53″ and weighs about 2.5 pounds, making it one of the most compact 13 inch ultrabooks around.
The Windows 8 ultrabook has 8GB of RAM, up to 256GB of solid-state storage, and two microSD card slots for some reason. It’s powered by an 4th-generation Intel Core processor.
Unfortunately there’s no word on if or when this little laptop will be available outside of LG’s home country.
I like this.. shame they dont go the whole hog and make a tablet with an active digitising pen too.. like the duel microSD card slot too, which is definately useful considering every other non-apple smart phone/tablet has one (except nexus)
