Chinese tablet maker Ainol’s latest tablet features Android 4.2 software, a 10 inch screen, and a battery which the company says should last for up to 15 hours of run time. Maybe that’s why the company’s calling it the Ainol Novo 10 Eternal.
Eternity isn’t what it used to be if it tops out at 15 hours, but that’s still better battery life than you’ll get from most tablets.
The Novo 10 Eternal has an 11,000mAh battery, 2GB of RAM, a 1 GHz ATM 7029 quad-core processor, and a 10.1 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel IPS display.
It has 16GB of storage plus a microSD card slot, supports WiFi and Bluetooth, and has a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front-facing camera.
The battery, and possibly the 2GB of RAM, are really the Novo 10 Eternal’s only stand-out features — until you consider the price.
The tablet’s available from Geekbuying for $224, or you can find sellers at AliExpress offering it for around $200 or less. For about the price of a Google Nexus 7, you can get a tablet with a bigger screen and twice the battery life.
Does it have abode flash player on it
Ainol? Really? Bwah ha ha ha ha……
Do these tablets allow access to Google Play store?
Yes
Does it have GPS too?
Seems a silly long time for folks to put bigger batteries in these things, but I’m sure that is a major cost cutting area too.
I’d have to read a good liliputing review to trust this one…
Brad?
🙂
Eternal hmm? What, no exercise bike with a generator/charger for the universal tablet mount on the handlebars? Somebody is slacking there in idea-land.
