The Lenovo IdeaCentre Horizon is a table PC. No, I didn’t leave out a letter. It’s a touchscreen computer that’s the size and shape of a small table, not a tablet. You can use it like a digital air hockey or foosball table if you like, because that’s kind of what it looks like.

But it’s basically a full-fledged Windows 8 touchscreen computer which you can use for office work, productivity apps, media playback, or more. There’s a kickstand in the back which you can use to prop it up on a table or desk for use as an all-in-one PC.

Lenovo started showing off the IdeaCentre Horizon Table PC at CES in January. Now the company has announced it will hit the streets in June, and it’s up for pre-order today for $1699 and up.

When you lie the 27 inch computer flat, it will automatically activate Lenovo’s Aura user interface with table-specific software including photo and video software and games. You can use it to play an expensive game of Monopoly, for instance.

Lenovo will also offer accessories including joystics and even electronic dice designed to work with the Horizon PC.

The computer also comes with Bluestacks software, which lets you run many Android apps on the touchscreen computer.

The IdeaCentre Horizon will be available with up to an Intel Core i7 processor, NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and Dolby audio. It supports up to 8GB of RAM and up to 1TB of disk space.

While the computer is larger than your typical desktop monitor, but the table PC also includes a battery which lets you move it around the home or office.
