Coby has been selling Android tablets for a few years, but the company’s 2013 line of tablets are the first to feature the Google Play store and other Google apps including Google Maps, Gmail, and YouTube.

The Coby MID7035 tablet with a 7 inch screen is already available for $139. Starting in March you’ll also be able to pick up 8 and 10 inch models, with prices starting at $180.

Both tablets feature 1.2 GHz Amlogic AM8726 dual core processors, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage, WiFi, Bluetooth, front and rear cameras, HDMI output, and microSD card slots. They ship with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

The Coby MID8065 has a 1024 x 768 pixel display and a suggested retail price of $179.99, while the Coby MID1065 has a 10.1 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel display and a $229.99 price tag.

I got a chance to check out pre-release versions of the tablets at CES in January, and found that only the 10 inch model has an IPS display with 178 degree viewing angles. If you view the 7 or 8 inch Coby tablets from the wrong angle, colors and images start to look washed out.
