Lenovo is going big with its next smartphone for the Chinese market. The Lenovo K900 has a Samsung Galaxy Note-rivaling 5.5 inch display, but unlike Samsung’s biggest phone, the K900 is powered by a 2 GHz Intel Atom Z2580 dual-core processor.
The Android phone’s screen isn’t just big — it’s also a high resolution 1920 x 1080 pixel display with more than 400 pixels per inch.
Lenovo’s new flagship phone also features a 13MP camera and a front-facing camera with an 88 degree viewing angle for video calls and self portraits.
The phone is just 0.27 inches thick and weighs just 5.7 ounces.
Lenovo plans to start selling the K900 in China in April, and “select regional markets” after that, but I doubt we’ll see this model in the US anytime soon. Lenovo has yet to introduce a phone in the US market.
It’s gorgeous, to bad it won’t work on sprint.
Any word on what OS it runs?
Android.
