Google is holding an event on Monday, where the company is expected to introduce new products including a new Nexus smartphone and an updated Nexus 7 tablet. It’s almost certain that we’ll see a 32GB model of the Nexus 7, and now it looks like we’ll probably see a 3G model as well.

Asus Pad ME370TG

A new Asus Pad ME370TG showed up at the FCC this week. Asus builds the Nexus 7 tablet, and the actual product ID is ME370T. I wonder what the extra G could stand for?

According to the FCC, it stands for 3G. The tablet features an IMC XMM6260 3G module as well as support for WiFi and NFC.

We’ll probably have to wait until Monday for pricing and release details.
