Chinese device maker ZTE is starting to show off its upcoming V96 Android tablet. There’s no word on a launch date, price, or even what regions the tablet will be available in. But based on the specs alone, the V96 looks like a tablet to keep an eye out for.
The ZTE V96 features a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, a 10 inch, 1280 x 800 pixel multitouch display, and Android 4.0 operating system.
It features 1 GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth, HDMI output, Dolby audio, and a 2MP front-facing camera and 5MP rear camera with auto-focus.
The tablet also features support for a range of wireless networks including HSPA+ and 4G LTE bands 2, 4, 5, and 17. As Engadget points out, that means it’ll work on AT&T’s LTE network… but not Verizon’s.

Their photo series is useless unless the docking port is the HDMI provider. Serious, what is it with 5+ closeups of the cameras?!
