A couple of retailers are starting to show listings for a previously unannounced Android 4.0 tablet from ViewSonic called the ViewPad G70.

There aren’t many details about the new tablet yet, but it appears to have a 7 inch display, 1GB of RAM, 4GB of storage, WiFi and Bluetooth and possibly 3G as well.

Update: Pocket Lint reports that the tablet will have a 1024 x 600 pixel display, HDMI, and front and rear cameras.

While the tablet isn’t available for purchase yet, CostCentral, MacMall, and onSale have all posted product pages with prices ranging from $312 to $368.

ViewSonic did show off an inexpensive 7 inch tablet with Android 4.0 at CES in January — but that model was the ViewPad e70.

That $169 tablet had underwhelming specs including a low-resolution 800 x 480 pixel display and 1 GHz single core processors. Hopefully the ViewPad G70 will be a little more powerful.
