T-Mobile will begin offering the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus tablet on November 16th. The tablet has a 7 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, a 1.2 GHz Samsung Exynos dual core processor, front and rear cameras, and 16GB of storage. It runs Google Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The T-Mobile version will also have an HSPA+ radio.
So the good news is that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus will come in both WiFi and mobile broadband versions. The bad news is there’s not really much of a price difference.
The WiFi-only version of the tablet will set you back $400, while T-Mobile is charging $249.99 up-front for the HSPA+ model. But there’s a slight catch — that’s a “down payment.”
T-Mobile will tack an extra $10 onto your monthly data bill for the first 20 months of your 24-month contract which means that the tablet actually costs $449.99.
