Chinese Windows Phone game developer BungBungame appears to be preparing to launch a Windows tablet in the US. The company’s upcoming BungBungame Photon 100 tablet passed through the FCC website this week.
The tablet appears to have a 1 GHz AMD Z-series processor, up to 4GB of RAM, a 64GB SanDisk solid state disk and Windows 7 Home Premium operating system.
It has a non-user replaceable 2750mAh battery, stereo speakers, a proprietary docking port, front and rear cameras, 2 USB ports, a mini HDMI port, and microSD card slot.
There’s no word on when the Photon 100 tablet will ship or how much it will cost. The user manual also doesn’t provide many details about the software… but I wouldn’t be surprised if this tablet comes with a few games preloaded, given its pedigree.
The tablet is manufactured by Taiwanese computer maker Askey Computer Corporation.
