HP TouchPad accessories also getting price cuts

09/19/2011 at 10:30 AM by Brad Linder 3 Comments

It’s been a few weeks since HP canceled the TouchPad tablet and started liquidating the remaining inventory at prices as low as $99 (or about one fifth of the original list price). Now HP is also offering deep discounts on accessories for the 9.7 inch tablet — although you won’t find any 80 percent markdowns here.

The HP TouchPad wireless keyboard used to cost $70, but now it’s going for just $30. Update: You can actually get it for just $20 if you use the coupon code HPSAVE10.

The HP TouchStone wireless charging dock is also on sale for $50, down from a list price of $80, and a spare North American power charger is more than half off, at $13.

HP also has some pretty good deals on cases and slip covers for the tablet, so if you were one of the lucky folks that managed to get your hands on a 9.7 inch HP TouchPad, it might be a good time to pick up some accessories… while they’re still available.

I would think not, since that would mean HP would be paying the customer four times the original price of an item to take it off their hands.

Well that’s why you won’t find them! Yeah, this is why I don’t run a math blog. Post updated. 🙂

Keyboard appears to be sold out already, and the case pictured above is $19.99.  There is a neoprene sleeve for $14.99.
