Huawei is set to launch a new 7 inch tablet on June 20th. The company says it will be the smallest, lightest tablet it’s released to date, but we still don’t have any details on the operating system, processor, screen resolution or storage. What we do know for now is what the tablet looks like.
The company released a teaser video today showing the MediaPad from every angle but the front — as if you didn’t know what the front of a tablet looks like. It’s mostly screen surrounded by a small black bezel, just like every other slate-style device on the market on the moment. In fact, Huawei already showed us as much a few days ago.
Anyway, you can check out the video after the break where you can see the two-tone black and white back in all its glory, as well as the rear-facing camera, a headphone jack, and a Huawei label which is feature prominently.

Let’s see whether Huawei is able to take the lead in Android tablet development. If MediaPad is priced correctly, it can be one of the the most popular 7″ tablets. I played with Huawei S7 for a while. Hope mediapad is a leapfrog and brings us much better experience.
