AT&T has announced it will begin offering the Cisco Cius 7 inch tablet this fall. The tablet, which is designed by OpenPeak runs a version of the Google Android operating system, but will also run Cisco and AT&T software for HD video communication and other business applications. Cisco and AT&T are positioning the Cius as a business device, first and foremost.

The Cisco Cius will support AT&T’s HSPA+ mobile broadband network as well as 802.11a/b/g/n WiFi. It also includes Bluetooth and 3G connectivity.

The tablet has a 7 inch capacitive multitouch display with a resolution 1024 x 600 pixels. Cisco provides 32GB of internal storage, a microUSB port, and front an drear cameras. There’s also a docking station with a standard USB cable.

The Cisco Cius tablet measures 8.9″ x 5.5.” x 0.6″ and weighs 1.15 pounds. There’s no word on how much it will cost.
