The Notion Ink Adam tablet was one of the first Android tablets to ship with a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor earlier this year, and while Tegra chips seem to be everywhere these days, the Adam is still one of the only devices available for purchase with a Pixel Qi transflective display. Unfortuntely the Adam is hardly a perfect device and users have reported a number of bugs and problems with hardware and software since day one.
That’s not surprising since the tablet is the first piece of hardware offered by this Indian company. Now Notion Ink has put together a user forum where users can trade tips, advice, and complaints.
The forum doesn’t actually have a section for support or bugs, but a quick look in the “General” subforum shows threads with promising titles such as:
- Disappearing pictures
- My Adam seems permanently stuck in a boot loop
- I would ALSO like to return my ADAM, Notion Ink STOP PLAYING GAMES
To be fair, it’s not all bad news. People are also using the forums to get to know one another, share tips and tricks, and create a supportive user community.
