While I was busy checking out OpenPeak’s 7 inch Android tablet yesterday, the company was busy announcing a new 10 inch model called the OpenTablet 10. The new model isn’t just bigger, it also has transflective display, which means the screen is designed to be viewable both indoors and outside. There’s no mention of who is manufacturing the display for the tablet.

The capacitive touch screen also features a Corning Gorilla Glass scratch resistant surface.

The OpenPeak OpenTablet 10 has front and rear facing cameras, WiFi and optional Bluetooth 2.1 and 3G. It runs Google ANdroid and features HDMI output, a microSD card slot, and a Micro USB 2.0 port.
