Toshiba has launched a series of promotional videos for the upcoming Toshiba Folio 100 Android tablet. The Folio 100 features a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel capacitive touchscreen display, a dual core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, Bluetooth, WiFi, and Google Android 2.2. The videos show off some of those features as well as a number of apps designed to run on the tablet.
While the Folio 100 doesn’t have access to the Google Android Market, Toshiba has loaded the tablet with its own apps including a Toshiba Market which lets you find music, movies, and streaming media. The Folio 100 also comes with the Opera web browser in addition to the default Android browser, Fring for making voice and video calls, and Adobe Flash 10.1 or viewing web video.
You can check out four of Toshiba’s demo videos after the break, although honestly the last one doesn’t really show the tablet very much at all.
