Japanese PC vendor Mouse Computer plans to launch a 10 inch tablet with an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor and Google Android 2.2 Froyo later this month. The Mouse Computer LuvPad AD100 features a 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, 8G of storage, and 512MB of RAM.
It has HDMi output, 802.11b/g WiFi, an accelerometer, microSD card, and support for HD video playback. The tablet weighs 1.7 pounds and runs 39800 yen, or about $473 US. The only catch? It probably won’t be available outside of Japan anytime soon. On the bright side, as SlashGear points out, the tablet appears to be a rebranded version of the e-Noa Interpad, which means we may see the same hardware under a different brand name in different countries.
