OK, let’s be honest. Odds are you already spend an awful lot of time in front of digital screens, including your TV, computer, smartphone, video game console, and what have you. But Freescale’s latest demo videos shows how one device with an all-day battery, high quality video, and wireless capabilities could last you all day, while interacting seamlessly with other digital devices in your home or automobile.

Probably the most impressive thing about these two futuristic concept video is that it doesn’t look all that futuristic. The technology is pretty much all available today, including multitouch screens, low power Freescale ARM-based processors with support for multimedia and long-lasting batteries, and mobile software such as Windows CE, Linux, and Google Android that can power such a device.

On the other hand, I’m not sure that any technology will make your friends as happy to look at a slideshow of your vacation photos as the women in the second video seem to be.

You can check out Freescale’s concept videos after the break.
