While 10 inch netbooks with Intel Atom processors are a dime a dozen, there are relatively few models that can serve double duty as touchscreen tablets. Aside from the Asus Eee PC T101MT, Lenovo IdeaPad S10-3t, Gigabyte TouchNote, and a few Classmate PC-based systems, I can’t think of any other models available in the US. And it looks like we won’t be able to add the Swift i-Touch to that list anytime soon, because right now this new tablet-style netbook is only available in the United Arab Emirates.

It’s reasonably priced at the equivalent of just about $450, and features all the usual specs including a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 10.1 inch capacitive touchscreen display with support for multitouch.

The Swift i-Touch also has a 320GB hard drive, 1.3MP webcam, WiFi, and optional 3G connectivity. The computer runs Windows 7 Starter Edition.
