Onkyo has launched a new 10 inch netbooks in Japan. The Onkyo C413 doesn’t really stand out from the crowd all that much. Like most other netbooks introduces this year, it has a 10.1 inch display and an Intel Atom N450 processor. It bears a more than passing resemblance to the Onkyo C411 which was introduced earlier this year — but it lacks some of the features that made the C411 stand out.

The Onkyo C413 features a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 10.1 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. It runs Windows 7 Starter Edition, and has 1GB of RAM and a 250GB hard drive.

While the Onkyo C411 was available with either an AM/FM radio or a digital TV tuner, the C413 has neither. But there is one minor upgrade… the new model has distinct left and right touchpad buttons. The Onkyo C411 had just one.

The netbook will sell for about $381 in Japan.
