What’s the first thing you do when you get a $500 state of the art Apple iPad? You try to figure out if you can run 20-year-old classic video games of course. Or at least, that’s what some folks do… and at least one decided to go all out and create a docking station for his iPad that turns the tablet into a mini-arcade system.

The finished product might not look quite as polished as the iCade April Fools’ joke from ThinkGeek. But it’s still pretty darn cool, allowing you to play video games using a classic-style joystick and buttons.
