A few days ago HP revived the HP Mini 110 name with a new line of netbooks that look suspiciously like HP Mini 210 models. Now it looks like HP is officially discontinuing the Mini 210… sort of.
MyHPMini reports that the HP Mni 210 and HP Mini 210 Studio Tord Boontje Edition netbooks were listed as “end of life projects” on June 15th. But the HP Mini 210 HD 10 inch netbook with a high resolution 1366 x 768 pixel display is still available for purchase.
For anyone keeping track, that means HP is now selling the following Mini models:
- HP Mini 110 with a 10 inch, 1024 x 600 screen and an Atom N455 processor
- HP Mini 210 HD Edition with a 10 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display and Atom N455 CPU
- HP Mini 311 with an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display, Atom N270 CPU, and NVIDIA ION graphics
- HP Mini 210 Vivienne Tam Edition designer 10 inch netbook with Atom N450 CPU
I haven’t seen any official announcements about the changes yet, but if you go to the HP Mini web site, that’s what you’ll find. HP’s Small Business web site also lists the HP Mini 5102 and 2102 business edition netbooks.
Thanks Brad!
