Spec-wise, the Samsung X170 looks like a great notebook. It’s an ultraportable laptop with an 11.6 inch, display, a 9 hour battery, and an Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 CULV processor. It has 4GB of memory and 500GB of hard drive space, plus a full-sized keyboard.

But there’s something unusual about this particular notebook model. Oh right, it has mouse buttons on the left and right sides of the touchpad instead of below it. I’m not really a fan of that layout, since it makes the touchpad more difficult to use with a single hand.

Yup. That’s pretty much the only reason I wouldn’t buy this one.
