Asus’ netbook equivalent of a well-groomed businessman in an Armani suit — the Eee 1015P — has hit the FCC. While no new images of the sleek, brushed aluminum Eee were captured, the label on display at NextGadget confirms that the netbook should be arriving in North America soon.

Just before CeBit, a few details about the 1015P surfaced. It’s expected to include an Atom N450 processor, matte display, a tweaked and slightly wider keyboard, and a 14-hour battery. Not much else is known yet about the 1015 specifically — though the 1016 and 1018 have been detailed. Both of those feature a 1024×600 display, Atom N450, 1GB memory, and 160 or 250GB hard drives.

We’ll have to sit tight for full specs on the 1015P for now, and the same goes for a release date.
