Lenovo has begun shipping the IdeaCentre Q100 and Q110 nettops the company introduced last month. Both models have Intel Atom processors and incredibly slim case designs (with no optical disc drives).

The Q100 runs $299 and ships with Windows XP, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and integrated Intel GMA 950 graphics.

The Q110 starts at $399 and includes NVIDIA ION graphics, 2GB of RAM, and Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. The main page says it’s available with a hard drive up to 250GB, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to upgrade from the 160GB hard drive that ships standard with the nettop.
