Kohjinsha has introduced a new ultraportable laptop with an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel touchscreen display that can be swiveled and folded down over the keyboard for use in tablet mode. On the inside, the Kohjinsha EX6 packs your usual netbook specs including a 1.6GHz intel Atom N270 CPU, 160GB hard drive and up to 2Gb of RAM (although I’m guessing it’ll ship with 1GB if you order a copy with WIndows XP.
The laptop has 802.11b/gn WiFi, 2 USB ports, ExpressCard/34 and SDHC two slots, and 2 webcams (one facing the front and the other the back). Unlike your average netbook, the EX6 also packs a DVD burner and appears to have a fingerprint scanner.
The laptop has a 2600mAh battery and sells for Â¥59,800 or about $633 US. Of course, it’s not available for that price in the US, but you can order one from importer Conics for about $835.

what the hell is up with that trackpad?
It almost looks like it could be a secondary display.
Or maybe that is just for people who like a ridge around it.
