intex netbook

Indian computer maker Intex has launched its first netbook, with the catchy name of N101-WC1100. It sounds like it should be a starship designation, not a netbook name. But as netbooks go, it seems to have all the usual specs including a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, a 160GB hard drive, 1.3MP webcam, 802.11b/g WiFi, Bluetooth, and a 7-in-1 flash card reader.

The netbook weighs 2.6 pounds and has a 4 hour battery. It’ll be available in red and black and will sell for less than $400. The N101-WC1100 doesn’t appear to be listed on Intex’s website yet, but you can read more about it at TechTree.
