The HP Mini 110 isn’t the only little laptop that’s gone under the knife recently. The folks at Netbook Italia have posted a series of photos of the Eee PC 1101HA stripped to the bone, as well as useful instructions for taking the laptop apart. They’re even more helpful if you read Italian, but beggars can’t be choosers.

The Eee PC 1101HA has an 11.6 inch, 1366 x 768 pixel display and Intel Atom Z520 CPU. It’s a bit larger than most netbooks, and in fact it’s the largest laptop to bear the Eee PC name.

For beginners, the guide makes it clear how to upgrade the RAM or hard drive. For more advanced users, you can find instructions for removing everything, including the entire motherboard, which could come in handy if you want to do any heavy-duty hardware hacking.
