lenovo-c300Lenovo is the latest computer maker to decide that netbook innards look pretty good in an all-in-one desktop. Following the lead of Asus, Acer, MSI, and Shuttle, today Lenovo announced an all-in-one desktop PC with a 20 inch widescreen display, 1.6GHz Intel Atom 230 CPU, Intel 945GC chipset. The Lenovo C300 doesn’t have a touchscreen like many of the low power all-in-ones from other companies. But what it does have is a low price. It starts at just $449.

The computer also has an optical disc drive, which is something you won’t find on some of its competitors. The C300 also features 1-2GB of RAM, a 160GB to 640GB hard drive, and a choice of Windows XP, Windows Vista Home Basic, or Windows Vista Home Premium. It has a 1.3MP webcam, 6 USB ports, a 6-in-1 multimedia card, a Firewire port, and includes a USB mouse and PS/2 keyboard.

Like the Lenovo IdeaPad S12 mini-laptop, which was also announced this morning, the Lenovo C300 should be available in July.
