You know, I could have sworn I’d already seen some pictures of a dissected HP Mini 1000 netbook, but looking through the archives, it looks like this netbook has been available for more than a month and nobody’s posted a good series of pictures of the machine with its top off… until now. The HP Mini 1000 features an 8.9 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270 processor, 512MB of RAM, and an 8GB solid state disk. It runs Windows XP and weighs just over 2.2 pounds.
