When I wrote up a list of 13 netbooks for $399 or less a few weeks ago, the cheapest MSI Wind netbook available was one of the most expensive models to make the list, at $399. But now Best Buy is offering a version of the MSI Wind for just $350.
The model number is U100-420US, which means you get a netbook with a 10 inch display, a 3 cell battery (good for around 2.5 hours), 802.11b/g WiFi, and a 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU. But while the more common U100-016US model, has Bluetooth and a 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN card, the 420US lacks Bluetooth and only 10/100 Gigabit Ethernet LAN support. If those two things don’t matter to you, it looks like you can save a few bucks on this model.

Specs list a GMA x3100 as the GPU, but I’m sure this is a mistake. Sure would be great if not.
